Overview
The UTS5000A-PNM adds dedicated phase noise measurement for oscillators, synthesizers, and clock sources — phase noise vs. offset frequency with high sensitivity. The option is enabled by a software license keyed to the spectrum analyzer's serial number and is permanent for the life of the instrument.

After purchase, the license is registered on the UNI-T website to generate the license file, which is then loaded onto the spectrum analyzer from a USB drive through the option-install menu.
